There is free shipping to Singapore for the books that we ship from Singapore. We also ship from the US and UK (with free shipping to these countries), and you can select from where you would like to receive the books if they are available in different locations.
I assume that the book you have been looking at was currently not on stock in Singapore, and that's why it only showed you UK or US options.
