I am an award-winning photojournalist whose love affair with China began on my very first trip back in 1984. I worked in Beijing for two years in the 1990s, which resulted in my first mini-guide, "Do It Yourself Beijing." I'm semi-retired now, and specialize in writing about China and Pacific Northwest travel, and motorcycles. My husband Jon and I make frequent trips back to China.
