At Swaswara Resort, there are free basic introductory classes; part of the daily schedule that can be tried out by residents only. Residents can enjoy private one to one classes held by yoga experts. Medidation and chanting take place in the gorgeous blue dome and yoga classes are held in the yoga studio above the art gallery or under the shade of a 200 year old banyan tree.
You can choose from various packages combined with yoga postures, diet and ayurveda which are on offer.
