City of big fairs and intensive trade, with busy people and business atittudes, Hanover it's an interesting city to visit and love. People might look busy, but they are friendly, the cold blood of the business-style is practiced in futuristically designed buildings.

An important city in Northern Germany, Hanover was also an important player in the history of the German states. The interesting history could be easily read through the architecture and the richness of the historical memories you can observe very often while wandering through the city and outside: museums, castles, historical buildings are offering you every moment a morcel of the more or less recent past.

As a city of fairs and exhibitions, Hanover is also a city of tourists and expats, with many interesting restaurants and lots of opportunities for quality shopping. If you are too tired of the busy life of the city, you can walk quietly in the park, take a boat trip or simply take the airplane to go back home for a couple of days.
