Hanover it's a very nature-friendly city, situated in the middle of a natural area. Although a busy city, living in the rhythm of the business, the urban development took into consideration the needs of a healthy and pollution free life.
The city center is a clean air zone. You can drive your car within the inner city ring only if your vehicle has a clean air sticker on the windscreen. The big parks and the lakes around the city are offering to the visitors and inhabitants the chance to breath the good air and to continue enjoying nature and its wonders.
