Why are some guides for free, while I have to pay for others?
The price of each guide is determined by the publisher. Some publishers offer their guides for free, while others ask for a certain price.

GuideGecko accepts credit cards like Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept country-specific modes of payment.
Are payments secure?
Yes, all payment related data is transmitted via state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Payments are securely processed by our partner WorldPay, which is a well-established payment provider and part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group. You can rest assured that all your payment-related information is transmitted securely and kept safe.
How can I purchase a guide?
Add the guide to your shopping cart. You can add as many guides to the shopping cart as you like.
When you are ready to order, simply click on 
in the menu bar at the top of the page. The cart allows you to review your order; you may revise the quantity for each guide and delete guides from your order. Click on

The next screen allows to you enter a shipping address and a billing address. If your order contains only downloads, the shipping address is not displayed. If your order contains printed books, the shipping address is displayed, and we will ship the prints to the shipping address you provide. The billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. The screen also allows you to select a payment option, for example your favorite credit card. Click on 
to proceed.
You will automatically be transferred to the secure payment page of our partner WorldPay. WorldPay is a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, and processes the payment on behalf of GuideGecko. The screen allows you to enter your payment details, such as your credit card number, expiry date and security code. Click on the help-icon on that screen if you need help in locating the security code on your credit card.
Then click on to make the payment. If the payment is successful, you will see a confirmation screen and receive a confirmation email.
If your order contains downloads, you have instant access to your downloads in your My Downloads section. Simply click on the link in the confirmation screen. If your order contains printed books, we will process the order and ship the books to the shipping address you provided. You can track the status of your order in your My Orders section.

How can I order a free guide?
Add the free guide to your shopping cart. Upon completion of your order, the guide is available for download in your My Downloads section.
If your order contains free guides only, you do not need to enter any billing details or credit card information. In this case, upon checkout, you will immediately be transferred to your My Downloads section where you can download your guides.
If your order contains guides for sale in addition to free downloads, you will go through the payment process as described here. You will have access to your downloadable guides immediately after you complete the order. Enjoy your guides!
Can I order larger quantities? Are there any bulk discounts?
Yes. Simply contact us if you would like to order a larger quantity than you can specify in your cart. Let us know which guide you would like to order and how many copies you need. We will provide you with a bulk discount for large orders.
How do I receive the guides I order?
If your order contains printed guides, we ship them to the address that you specify while making the purchase. Read more on our shipping method here.
If your order contains downloads, you have instant access to your downloads in your My Downloads section. Simply click on the link in the confirmation screen and enjoy your guide.
