We will sign a publishing and distribution agreement with you when you sign up to publish iPhone apps, eBooks and websites with us. This agreement covers copyrights and licences. In other cases (i.e., if we do not sign a publishing and distribution agreement), your rights are covered in our Terms of Service.

You may resell a physical product (such as a printed book), but resale of downloaded products is not allowed. Other profit from physical or downloaded products is not allowed.

No. Unless otherwise stated in the license for a particular guide, you are only allowed to use the guide for your own, personal use and may not copy the guide for others or make it available so that others can copy it. In particular, you may not upload or make the guide available on the internet or any other network.

Please help us to keep GuideGecko accurate and clean. You will find a link to report inaccurate or abusive content on many pages of our website, for example on the description-page for every guide. Use this link if you feel some of the content abuses you or others, or if there is something wrong or missing. Please indicate the location and the type of the inaccurate or offending content as clearly as possible. Thank you!

If you discover any copyright infringement of your content on our website, you can send us a take-down notice. Upon receipt of a valid take-down notice, we will perform reasonable steps to remove or disable access to the infringing content from our website. Please read more in our Terms of Service.
