A three-star resort, complete with a swimming pool hidden away in a little garden, this is another quality accommodation option located on Pulau Besar's pristine beach.
All rooms are built cottage style with dark wood interiors and are fitted with a private balcony, air-conditioning, a mini bar and a spacious bathroom with hot water. Garden view villas start from RM210 while sea view villas start from RM240. Rooms are inclusive of one welcoming drink and breakfast.
The resort can also arrange island-hopping, snorkeling, diving and fishing trips if you make prior arrangements. The clubhouse, located next to the bar, comes alive at night thanks to the 24-hour cable television. Other facilities include complimentary internet access, private BBQ parties and postage and courier services.
Aseania probably has the best restaurant. It spreads out to an open-air deck looking out to the sea. The view during sunset is really exceptional. Small bottles of beer cost RM12 and the average cost of a meal is RM22.
The resort is closed during the monsoon months between November and January, although dates are subject to on-site conditions.
