Favoured by many Bavarians the Armbrustschuetzenzelt has been at the Oktoberfest since 1895. Since 1935 the German Crossbow Championships have been held in this tent and the walls are adorned by hunting memorabilia such as stags heads. The boxes and balconies are maned after animals from A for Adler to W for Warthog. Managed by the owners of the Platzl Hotel in Munich this tent has a traditional atmosphere.
