Onna is the destination of many tourists to Okinawa. It has the largest concentration of Resort Hotels and caters mainly for mainland Japanese tourists. The resort hotels have restaurants, water sports, spas and tour desks on site.
The stunning beaches such as Mission Beach, Moon Beach or Tiger Beach, are one of the main reasons the Onna area is so popular with resort hotels.
There are many restaurants along Route 58 catering to visitors. Most have picture menus and some have English language menus.
Along the same stretch of road are quite a few souvenir shops specialising in a variety of Okinawan gifts such as pottery, glass or jewellry.
