I have a couple of questions I did not see addressed. First, can the pix be a hotel stock image from a pr firm? Also, are the publishing options the same in terms of payment. In other words, do Option A and Option B offer the same 50/50 split in sales and in Adsense revenue. So, the author gets 50 percent of the $1.99 price as well as 50 percent of ad revenue? Not clear on this.

Yes, we do 50-50% on Adsense, royalties on iTunes, etc.

Thanks so much for response. Yes, I feel you answered my first question regarding photos. However, I am still unclear about second question, sry. So, the 50/50 split is for Google AdSense, as well as royalties on ITune sales, etc.?

Yes - you can use any pix as long as you have the appropriate rights to do so. In doubt, better check with the pr firm and get a written approval.

Yes, Options A, B (and C) are the same in terms of revenue percentages. However, Option A gives you more visibility and will likely lead to higher ad revenues (see http://www.guidegecko.com/help-publish2#web-publishing for more).
