Ng Café is not a café. It's basically a liquor store selling the cheapest beer on Tioman - and its signboards make that unique selling proposition very clear. They normally dont even bother to spread out the chairs and tables over their tiny veranda.
Ng Café also sells liquor in regular and miniature bottles. RM10 will give you three cans of Tsing Tao or Carlsberg. A single can costs RM4.
