Add a Point to the Map

A teasing partnership of hot pants and hot wings, Hooters stays true to its All-American roots. Its menu boasts a fare of snow crab legs, deep-fried cheesecakes and retains some of its 1983 favourites like the Philly Cheese- sliced meat covered with mushrooms, peppers, onion and cheese.

While its mains are pretty much cookie cutters of any other American restaurant, its star power lies in its chicken wings. "Often imitated hardly ever duplicated", choose from 5 sauces ranging from Samurai, a mild oriental tang, to the 911, which, as the name suggests, is determined to set fire on your tongue.

On Mondays, the 10 piece chicken wings are yours for only 99 cents if you purchase a pitcher of Tiger Beer. Like most food establishments in Clarke Quay, its $15 lunch deal is a treat- choose from 10 mains, a Tiger mug, soup, ice-cream, soft drink and coffee/tea.

Although the Hooters' girls aren't exactly Victoria Secret material, their teasing smiles will envelop you in camaraderie. Choose to dine either alfresco overlooking the river or inside. In addition to the usual birthday bashes, it also hosts racy bachelor and hen's parties.

Comfort food for Americans- has a grilled cheese sandwich "just like how your mom made it".

The 911, dubbed as the spiciest of its chicken wings, might not be too fiery for asian tastes.
