National University of Singapore (NUS) is a highly regarded university among students and employers in Singapore, having had been consistently ranked among the world’s top universities. It is currently the 30th top university in the world, and the 4th in Asia. NUS’s Business school is also ranked at 89th in the world, for its Masters of Business Administration program.
Poising itself as a research-intensive university with particular focus on the Asian framework, it is a global university, which prides itself for a diverse population of 30,000 students from 100 countries. International students are likely to feel at home here with such a vibrant mix of cultures and personalities.
The history of NUS traces back to 1905, when it was a small college specializing in medicine. It has since grown strength to strength, and will redefine higher learning with its special project University Town. It will house residential colleges and graduate residences in a fine and sophisticated environment.
